In 2020, Zunaira Omar and Maliha Safiullah established The SquarePeg to craft a voice for products/services or overall brands. The SquarePeg is a women-led digital marketing agency with a hybrid working model and remote options to provide flexibility and ease of work to all employees, especially women. In a short span of time, the company provided employment opportunities that were not restricted by gender, titles, demographics and societal limitations.

The SquarePeg works on providing end to end solutions to clients and has worked on taking only a few selected clients that they can provide hands-on focused attention to their entire business plan.
